I trust you are well,
As required, I will focus on the bathroom, in order to consider the best options of design layout proposal.
[ps: it was a long email, I created and attached .pdf easier to visualise].
Toilets wise only, if important, different usage requirements will affect % of “gender neutral” accessible facilities where extra supervision is required [when accompanying minors, part of school group]. Should the facilities be prepared for flexible demographics usage: [groups of children / adults; general public / private events; day / night].

Hi Carla
I read your last email with long attachments and comments but then somehow I lost it.
I am writing what I I told the other group here in terms of clarification:
I told the students when we met that if they focused on the toilets only, they would have more time to do detailed design. But at the end of the day, it is up to them how they would like to proceed.
The current design we were given by the client is wasting a lot of headroom space so if the students are happy to relocate the toilets as long as the same number of facilities are provided and during the construction of the toilets (which will be before the rest of the building developed and they will keep the building functioning as event space during this construction)
